"Fitness Redefined"
Vanessa has been instructing Pilates since 2012 after graduating in Physiotherapy from Uniararas in Brazil. She received training from recognized studios in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Campinas.
Vanessa moved to Buffalo from Brazil in 2018 and since then has been enjoying her experiences here in a new country. Vanessa believes that Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone in any level of fitness. She's fully certified to Instruct Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder barrel. With her background in Phisiotherapy, she is able to adapt exercises to accomidate different types of injuries. For her, Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental wellbeing, and also develops inner physical awareness. Certainly, there is no question Pilates has several strengths. Vanessa loves what she does and feels one of the most amazing things in seeing the smile of satisfaction on her clients.
