After retiring from a 30 year career in Federal Law Enforcement in 2016, Vinnie obtained his CPT Certification to put his lifetime of fitness enthusiasm and experience to work for others. Personal training emphasis includes resistance strength training in safe and correct technique. Sessions include essential movements that are challenging but with an emphasis on efficiency and proper form in accordance with clients individual mobility and strength.
